1. Lim Peng Jin - Managing Director
Lim Peng Jin was appointed to the Board on 22 July 1996 and was re-designated as Managing Director on 18 October 2001. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Chemical Engineering from the University of Tokyo, Japan in 1990. He was attached to Yamato Chemical Industry Co Ltd and Shin-Etsu Chemical Co Ltd in Japan for a year before joining the Company in 1991. He completed a course in Program for Management Development at Harvard University, USA in 1998. He is also the Managing Director of Scientex Incorporated Berhad.

2. Gan Kok Khye - Executive Director
Gan Kok Khye was appointed to the Board on 22 July 1996 as an Executive Director. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Business Studies from North East London Polytechnic, London in 1985. He was formerly the Administration Manager of Woventex Sdn Bhd (WSB) in 1990 and was appointed as Director of WSB in 1992. Currently, he holds various senior positions with the subsidiaries of the Company.

3. Choo Seng Hong - Executive Director
Choo Seng Hong was appointed to the Board as an Executive Director on 17 January 2003. He is also a member of the Board's Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee. He graduated with a Bachelor of Accountancy from University Putra Malaysia in 1993 and is also a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants. He was formerly the Finance Administration Manager of Scientex Incorporated Berhad. Currently, he holds various senior positions with the subsidiaries of the Company.

4. Tan Beng Chai - Company Secretary
Tan Beng Chai joined the Group in September 1989 and is currently the Joint Company Secretary. He has over 20 years of experience in the field of corporate secretarial services, corporate finance and accounting, He is a Fellow Member of the Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, and a Member of the National Institute of Accountants, Australia. He also obtained a Higher National Diploma in Business Studies from Huddersfield Polytechnic, UK in 1975, and a Master of Arts Degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Lancaster, UK in 1992.

5. Jesselyn Chang Siew Sian - Group Financial Controller
Jesselyn Chang is an accountant by profession. She has almost a decade of local and international experience in the field of auditing and accounting. She graduated from University of Malaya with a Bachelor Degree in Accounting. She is a Chartered Accountant and Certified Public Accountant. She is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

6. Yau Kuan Yee - Division General Manager
Yau Kuan Yee joined the Group in 1996 as a Division General Manager of stretch film business. He has almost 20 years of experience in the plastics packaging industry and 14 years in stretch film segment. He graduated from Swinburne Institute of Technology, Melbourne, Australia with a degree in Manufacturing Engineering.

7. Johnny Chew Chin Chuan - Division General Manager
Johnny Chew joined the Group in 1990 and has been the Division General Manager of woven bags business since December 2000. He has almost 20 years experience in various fields of the woven bags industry. He graduated from University Kebangsaan Malaysia with a degree in Economics.

8. Thomas Leong Choo Chye - Division General Manager
Thomas Leong joined the Group in 1984 as a Sales Supervisor. He was promoted to Sales and Marketing Manager in 1995 and has been the Division General Manager of carton boxes business since 1997. He received his early education in Kuala Lumpur. He has more than 2 decades of experience in the carton industries.

9. Lau Wing Hong - Company Secretary
Lau Wing Hong is an Associate Member of the Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators. He has more than 15 years of experience in corporate secretarial practice, having worked in accounting firm, in-house management services firm and a main board public listed company prior of joining the Group as the Company Secretary.
